The place is so spacious and the ambiance is great. We went on a Saturday late afternoon and there was no wait, it did take them some time to take our order but the menu is extensive so it was needed. We got their chicken bao buns as an appetizer and loved them! The chicken was so juicy and the bun was just perfect. My boyfriend got the Spicy Tuna Don and it was delicious, the crab salad was one of the best ones we've had in New Jersey and the combination in the bowl itself felt so refreshing, it comes with a side so he got the miso soup which was rich and pretty good as well. I got their Kuro Miso Ramen and I really liked it! My only complaint is that there seemed to be more bean sprouts than noodles but that's up to preference for sure. This is definitely in my 3 top spots for ramen in New Jersey and my number one in Morris county!

Ive been here so many times ive lost count. It's just a cozy, reliable spot with good food. Not much I could ask for! I always get the tempura udon..its a pretty generous portion, but i always order an extra roll on the side just in case. It always hits the spot!

After some drinks at Dismal Harmony, we decided to do dinner at Ju-Ichi. We stopped in at 7:15 on Friday and the wait was 30 min so we hopped over to the Frog and they called me when ready to seat, which was around 30 min. It was my hubby's first time and I wanted to try a few things... so we shared the tuna tartare, chicken bun, furikake fries (needed some more sauce) and spicy miso ramen. Everything was delicious. Really high quality and great tasting. It was a busy night so we had to sit at the bar area and it was fine and fun to watch the workers assembling sushi. You can byob.

cozy, great atmosphere, & great food. they don't take reservations so expect to wait a bit, but it's well worth it. excellent service & many veggie options. byob also!

This is quite simply New York fresh sushi and sashimi plus savory soups and Japanese foods. The highest quality is evident here. Service is always with a smile and it's byob so you can wash the luscious foods down with that special bottle of cool sake. Pro tip: use a wine glass. It's more authentic that way! The Toro is exceptionally glistening and sumptuous.

What is there not to like about Ju-Ichi? A staple in Morristown that deserves all its praise. Whether you want ramen to warm you up, phenomenal sushi selections, or just some apps, everything Ju-Ichi has to offer is totally worth it. Incredibly friendly staff with a great indoor atmosphere, Ju-Ichi has become our ultimate "comfort" spot for great food, service, and vibes.

Super delicious and cool new spot in Morristown! absolutely loved the menu and the variety. I also liked the table seating, I thought it was really cool. The service is pretty good and they sit you pretty quickly. We both ordered sushi, and it was divine. We ordered the carb roll and the Hawaiian roll. My husband usually isn't a sushi fan but he really liked the Hawaiian roll . We also ordered the fried chicken and wings as well as the spring rolls. It was a lot of good and we were able to take home what we didn't finish.

Tasty! It is classic shop for what you can get. They have the typical ramen flavors and appetizers. Service was fast. There is around 35 ish people's worth of seating within the. Ambiance felt like a cute, wooden ramen shop kinda feel. There was open glass and you could peer into the kitchen.

This place was such a hidden gem- with its unique modern decor to a large variety of food- it was like being in food heaven. I am craving this place a week later already. We tried multiple items and everything was delicious. I would say that around 5-6 pm they are easier to get a table but get busy as it's past 6- so plan accordingly The servers were also attentive and helpful.
